Commander’s goes with Krone equipment

Commander Australia will use Krone's Bronze Cat5e cabling distribution and termination products as part of the Commander solution it provides to small and medium enterprises. The agreement with Commander is estimated to be worth one million dollars annually to Krone Australia.

Commander is using Krone's Bronze Cat 5e product suite comprising Highway Media outlets, Cat 5e patch panels, disconnect modules, distribution boxes and mounting frames, and Bronze Cat5e UTP cable in the local area network to the desktop.

Unlike many other cabling suppliers, over 80 per cent of Krone products are designed, developed and manufactured entirely in Australia. A further 15 per cent are manufactured here under licence. Completing the boost for Aussie business, 80 per cent of Krone's automated machinery is made in Australia with a high portion of that being developed and produced by the company's engineers.
