Supporting its strategy of owning the wireless future, Vodafone today announced its new tariff offering - My Choice.
Available from 1 July, Vodafone's innovative new 'My Choice' tariff will cut the costly wires that bind consumers to their old land-line phones by offering free local and long distance calls.
Vodafone My Choice plans offer mobile phone consumers within Australia up to 200 minutes of free local or long distance calls per month to most fixed-line phones anywhere in Australia.
Following the introduction of the first ever pre-paid mobile product in Australia - Fast Fone - and popular one-second billing, the new tariff represents another landmark move by Vodafone that will motivate consumers to abandon their land-line phones and switch to purely mobile telecommunications.
My Choice allows consumers within Australia the choice between up to 200 minutes of free calls to most fixed-line phones anywhere in Australia from 7pm to 7am Monday to Saturday and all day on Sunday; or, free calls to any other Vodafone mobile phone within Australia (limit 20 minutes per call) from 7pm to 7am Monday to Saturday and all day Sunday.
