Servers, routers and other electronic equipment sometimes 'lock up' and often require a service call just to perform a simple reboot operation. The IPS Series and MPC Series Internet Power Switches give you the ability to perform this function remotely from any location.

The IPS Series provide 4, 8 and 16 power outlets respectively. The IPS-400-CE provides a single 10 A power circuit while the IPS-800-CE and IPS-1600-CE feature dual 10 A or optional 16 A power circuits. The MPC Series is available with 8, 16 or 20 controlled power outlets. All MPC models feature dual 16 A power circuits.

The reboot switches can be accessed via a Web Browser Interface or a Command Line Telnet or Local Console interface. The IPS and MPC Series feature address-specific IP security masks and dual level password protection. In addition, the MPC Series features Secure Shell (SSHv2) encryption, SSL Web security. The MPC Series provides a complete power management solution by constantly monitoring current, temperature levels and circuit breaker status at your network equipment rack.
