CDP Box-to-Box Backup is an offsite backup and recovery solution which operates in conjunction with local SonicWall CDP devices.
The product automatically receives data from CDP appliances on a continual basis, with all data securely transmitted and encrypted with an AES 256 bit encryption key. In the event that a local disaster occurs or the local site CDP unit fails, administrators are able to recover data from the remote CDP device through a user interface.
With the device, the most current copy of data can rapidly be recovered after a data disaster. Employees can therefore have the most recent data within minutes and business will be up and running as usual.
