VoIP IP-PBX appliance

The CS410 VoIP appliance provides a feature-rich system for any small office telephone system. It is easily deployed, requires minimal ongoing management and offers advanced unified communications functionality including direct integration with Microsoft Exchange Server.

It supports up to 10 extensions with an integrated 4-port FXO gateway making it suitable for  organisations that wish to retain PSTN lines.

The embedded PBX software supports all the functionality expected in an IP-PBX system, and also offers a variety of SIP and presence features including: voicemail; auto attendants; paging groups; hunt groups; agent groups; IVR; call ‘forking’ to mobile phones; hot desking support; call ‘barge in’; presence info agent and instant messaging support.

On the hardware side, the CS410 appliance uses a solid-state, fanless design that ensures a high level of reliability, low acoustic noise operation and low power consumption.

The CS410 is easy to install, configure and manage; key IP phone brands can be installed in ‘plug and play’ mode and the device can be managed locally or remotely by a browser-based interface.
