SIP-enabled VoIP paging speaker

CyberData paging speakers use VoIP and existing ethernet network infrastructure to provide flexible and cost-effective zoned paging system solutions.

A SIP RFC3261-compliant user agent directly connects the speaker to any IP-PBX server as a logical extension or, in conjunction with Cyberdata paging gateways, to any PBX (VoIP or non-VoIP), serving paging messages or accessing other audio sources such as radio for use as background music.

Each speaker is configured via a web interface to support up to nine prioritised paging zones, enabling public area paging of low priority background music, with standard and emergency messages overriding on higher priorities.

Supporting the IEEE802.3af Power over Ethernet standard, CyberData speakers are powered through the ethernet network. Its small footprint and low height allows the speaker to be discretely mounted almost anywhere.

These speakers are part of a wider range of CyberData IP paging products that offer flexible solutions for digital or hybrid digital/analog paging environments, including options for up to 99 paging zones, horn loudspeaker paging for noisy external or warehouse areas, intercom, door control and a host of other applications.
