TechRentals has introduced the Kingfisher KI73410 two-way insertion and return loss test set into their test and measurement rental fleet.
The two-way insertion and return loss test sets for 1310, 1550 and 1625 nm APC perform bi-directional loss measurements simultaneously.
The Kingfisher KI73410 is used to check cabling losses and single operator pass/fail operations, in a PON-type environment.
The average fibre-optic link loss and ORL is automatically displayed in real time on the instruments, at multiple wavelengths via a single fibre. Applications include fibre-optic attenuation, system power, ORL and continuity testing.
