The Fonality Connect virtual phone system and service features auto-attendant (dial 1 for sales, 2 for accounts etc), direct-in-dial, voicemail to email, call diversion, caller ID, hold, music-on-hold, call transfer and more. These features are all managed from a desktop.
A number of upgrade options are available including conference rooms and higher-end phones, and users have the option of scaling up or down as required.
