The service supports remote management of Oracle and Microsoft SQL database platforms, and is accessible 24/7 via Dataweave’s online services portal, in addition to a manned helpdesk. Three levels of support are available, allowing clients to match the level of response time and out-of-hours service to their needs.
Remote monitoring includes a schedule of proactive maintenance, including weekly, monthly and annual checks. Patch management and performance tuning is included as standard, allowing clients to be confident they are getting the most from their applications, and have appropriate patches installed.
