iiNet has announced Business Voice, a hosted telephone service for small to medium-sized Australian businesses.
The cloud-based service includes services traditionally only available to big businesses such as conferencing facilities, advanced call routing and music on hold, for a monthly cost per user. It also allows multiple staff to be reached on a single number, regardless of their physical location. On-site installation and ongoing support is included, providing customers with an alternative to purchasing and maintaining telephony hardware and software.
The service is flexible, allowing customers to scale up and down to meet changing business requirements.
