Users can see all available assets at a glance, easily schedule labour and equipment with options to view and schedule on a job or project basis - daily, weekly or monthly in units as small as 15 min.
Once scheduled, users can electronically dispatch the jobs directly to mobile devices such as phones or tablets, reducing communication costs and eliminating weekly timesheet paperwork.
Users can control costs on jobs as staff log in and record times on jobs and projects in real time, allowing administrative staff to easily compare actual labour times to estimated/billed times.
